Order Processing:
Any order that is in stock and placed online by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours. During busy times, orders could take 48 hours.
Free Shipping Policy:
Free standard shipping is offered on all products. This option only applies to shipping addresses in the lower 48 U.S. States. Wonderballs will choose between USPS and/or UPS for the carrier based on what is economical to the shipping address. Due to weight of underwear packages the vast majority of orders will ship USPS.
Tracking your package:
One your order ships you will received a shipping confirmation with carrier tracking. You can track your package at that time. Please note, that it can take up to 24hours for a tracking number to show valid scans in the carriers website.
